Explore Peptide Therapy as Part of a Guided Wellness Program
What are Peptides & How do They Work?
Peptides are naturally occurring cell-signaling molecules. In therapy, specific peptides are selected to activate the body’s own repair pathways, for example stimulating growth-hormone release for body composition, supporting tissue healing after strain, modulating sleep architecture, or helping metabolic pathways burn fat.
For you, this may provide a targeted, low-dose approach for goals such as body recomposition, recovery, sleep quality, and healthy aging, with protocols that may be self-administered at home, with RN guidance and oversight.
See our full Peptide Booklet here for more information.
Key Benefits of Targeted Peptide Therapy
Targeted peptide protocols, which have been studied for their effects on natural signaling, work by enhancing rather than replacing hormones outright. This may provide goal-directed support, often with lighter side-effect profiles, across composition, recovery, cognition, sleep, and healthy aging.

Muscle Growth, Recovery and Anti-Inflammation
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
This combo is designed to boost natural growth-hormone release in short, controlled bursts. It supports physiologic GH pulses while Ipamorelin adds a gentle, targeted boost without raising cortisol or excessive hunger, often chosen to support muscle tone, recovery, metabolism, energy, and sleep.
Course Pricing: $225
-
Promotes lean muscle and recovery, improves fat metabolism, increases energy and performance
Sermorelin
Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary to release your own growth hormone rather than replacing it. Protocols are used to support sleep quality, lean muscle, energy, and healthy fat metabolism in a physiologic, rhythm-friendly approach that many consider a safer alternative to direct HGH therapy.
Course Pricing: $200
-
Improves sleep quality, increases lean muscle mass, supports fat metabolism
GHRP-2
A growth-hormone–releasing peptide used to stimulate pituitary GH output. It’s applied in programs aimed at supporting lean muscle growth, recovery, and fat metabolism; unlike some GH peptides, it can increase appetite in select individualsm, useful where added intake and weight gain are desired.
Course Pricing: $95
-
Builds lean muscle mass, supports fat loss, may improve appetite in select individuals
BPC-157
A synthetic peptide derived from a gastric protein and referenced for potent tissue-repair properties. Protocols use it to support healing of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues while also reinforcing gut health and neurologic resilience, frequently applied during injury recovery or high-training phases.

-
After a quick call or visit, we’ll book a brief consult with a licensed provider to review goals, history, meds, and eligibility. If peptide therapy is appropriate, we’ll outline options and next steps.
-
Following the visit, the provider issues the prescription(s) and we collect payment prior to ordering from our partner compounding pharmacy. You’ll receive an estimate of turnaround times and any required labs.
-
When your order arrives, we’ll notify you to pick up the vial(s) and all supplies (syringes, alcohol pads, written instructions, and sharps container guidance). Cold-chain products are stored appropriately until pickup, please bring a photo ID.
-
An RN will walk you through reconstitution (when applicable) and subcutaneous technique, site rotation, and dosing. You’ll leave with step-by-step instructions; first-dose supervision can be provided when needed.
-
Around four weeks, we’ll schedule a virtual follow-up to review your response, discuss any side effects, and adjust the plan or dose. Targeted labs may be ordered when clinically indicated.
-
To reorder, call the office to place and prepay for the next course. We’ll text/call when it’s ready for pickup; ask us about timing, refills, or any protocol adjustments.
Injection Safety & Handling
Rotate subcutaneous sites (abdomen, outer thigh, back of upper arm), never reuse needles or share vials, and if you miss a dose, skip it and resume the next scheduled dose unless your clinician directs otherwise.
Storage: Once reconstituted (done for you in our clinic), keep refrigerated at all times and protect from light.
Sharps: Place used syringes in the provided HAZMAT/sharps container.
If side effects: Call our office; for urgent concerns, go to the nearest ER.
Medication safety: Double-check you’re drawing from the correct vial and units before drawing up and injecting.
Sterile technique: Clean vial stoppers and injection sites with alcohol swabs; keep syringes sterile.
